Kerry Mooney

Kerry A. Mooney, Esq., an Associate in the firm’s Municipal, Litigation, and Public Contracting Groups, is an experienced attorney with a strong background in civil litigation, construction law, and public-sector representation. She has represented public agencies, design professionals, and insurers in complex matters involving construction disputes, contracts, premises liability, professional malpractice, and general liability.

Ms. Mooney is actively involved in all phases of litigation and regularly appears in state and federal courts as well as administrative proceedings. She works closely with clients to develop practical, cost-effective strategies and has experience negotiating favorable resolutions.

In addition to her practice, Ms. Mooney is a Professor at St. Peter’s University, where she teaches law-related courses and brings a practical, real-world perspective to her work. She earned her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
