Taylor Law Group Partner Christopher Buggy, Esq., Chair of the Firm’s Litigation Group

Earlier this year, Taylor Law Group secured a successful result on behalf of our client, the Monmouth Ocean Educational Services Commission, in a matter involving responsibility for transportation costs for a special education student.

The Commissioner of Education affirmed that the resident school district was responsible for reimbursing MOESC for services provided, resulting in a recovery of more than $44,000 for our client.

Congratulations to Christopher Buggy, Partner & Chair of the Firm’s Litigation Group, for his handling and supervision of this matter and his continued commitment to achieving positive outcomes for our clients.

The result was featured in the New Jersey School Digest and can be referenced below.
