Anisa Rodriguez
An Associate at the firm, Anisa M. Rodriguez brings a distinctive blend of legal training and community-focused experience to her practice. Before joining, she served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable James P. Wilson, J.S.C., in Union County, where she managed dual dockets in matrimonial law and juvenile delinquency matters.
While earning her Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School, Anisa developed a strong foundation in civil rights and immigration law. She interned with the Vermont Human Rights Commission, investigating statewide claims of discrimination and retaliation, and served as a Student Clinician at the Center for Justice Reform, where she focused on immigration cases—including Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJ)—and supported clients during USCIS check-ins and hearings.
Anisa also demonstrated a strong commitment to public service during law school. She participated in expungement clinics, led a student organization focused on environmental justice, and advocated for equitable local land-use policies.
She holds a J.D. from Vermont Law School and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Tuskegee University.
